Li Ning is a major Chinese company that designs, manufactures and distributes athletic shoes and apparel. In 2008 Baron and Li Ning formed a partnership to develop and brand "Baron Davis- inspired" athletic gear. Li Ning has been the primary sponsor of the Baron Davis Basketball Camp for the past 2 years, providing uniforms, shoes and financial support. One of the launch events for Li Ning’s 2011 line of Baron Davis shoes and apparel was the Rising Stars of America 1st Annual All Star Kickball Game and Event in August 2010.
